# Vyn SmartVideoNotes® vs DSPTCH

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DSPTCH at 91% against Vyn SmartVideoNotes®'s 33%. DSPTCH also leads on ratings volume (30 vs 2). Vyn SmartVideoNotes®'s advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vyn SmartVideoNotes® holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DSPTCH has 30 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Vyn SmartVideoNotes®'s written reviews are positive against 91% of DSPTCH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Vyn SmartVideoNotes® ships an update weekly, DSPTCH every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
