# SnowHaze vs TOR Browser

The clearest difference is update cadence: TOR Browser at every 3 weeks against SnowHaze's every 3 months. TOR Browser also leads on ratings volume (20K vs 531). SnowHaze's advantage is iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SnowHaze sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and TOR Browser sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for SnowHaze against 4.6 for TOR Browser.
