# Agility Coach vs Dash

The clearest difference is update cadence: Dash at every 3 days against Agility Coach's every 5 months. Dash also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs paid) and review sentiment (89% vs 67%). Agility Coach's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.6 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Agility Coach holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dash has 14 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Agility Coach's written reviews are positive against 89% of Dash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Agility Coach ships an update every 5 months, Dash every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
