# Via Driver vs MPS Sync

The clearest difference is rating: Via Driver at 4.3 against MPS Sync's 1.2. Via Driver also leads on ratings volume (4.4K vs 5). MPS Sync's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Via Driver holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Via Driver has 4.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
