# P6S vs CareCam.

The clearest difference is review sentiment: P6S at 67% against CareCam.'s 12%. P6S also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17). CareCam.'s advantage is rating (3.0 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CareCam. sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year. P6S asks for nothing beyond the download.

CareCam. holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CareCam. has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of P6S's written reviews are positive against 12% of CareCam.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

P6S ships an update every 4 weeks, CareCam. monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
