# Peoople vs ySense

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Peoople at 90% against ySense's 18%. Peoople also leads on rating (4.9 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 months). ySense's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Peoople holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Peoople has 1.6K ratings behind it against 85, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 90% of Peoople's written reviews are positive against 18% of ySense's.

Peoople ships an update every 4 days, ySense every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
