# Haseba Calculator vs Solves

The clearest difference is rating: Solves at 4.9 against Haseba Calculator's 4.6. Solves also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (91% vs 78%). Haseba Calculator's advantage is ratings volume (3.8K vs 383). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Haseba Calculator sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Solves sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Solves holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Haseba Calculator has 3.8K ratings behind it against 383, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 78% of Haseba Calculator's written reviews are positive against 91% of Solves's.

Haseba Calculator ships an update every 2 months, Solves every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
