# Prevent vs Hydrolock

The clearest difference is rating: Prevent at 5.0 against Hydrolock's 2.0. Prevent also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hydrolock sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Prevent asks for nothing beyond the download.
