# Magic Launcher Widgets Pro vs Launcher Tag+

The clearest difference is price: Launcher Tag+ at Free against Magic Launcher Widgets Pro's $3.99. Launcher Tag+ also leads on rating (4.5 vs 3.9) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). Magic Launcher Widgets Pro's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Launcher Tag+ is free to download; Magic Launcher Widgets Pro costs $3.99 up front. Magic Launcher Widgets Pro sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Launcher Tag+ sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Launcher Tag+ holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Magic Launcher Widgets Pro has 155 ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Magic Launcher Widgets Pro's written reviews are positive against 45% of Launcher Tag+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Magic Launcher Widgets Pro ships an update weekly, Launcher Tag+ every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
