# Eatgether vs 緣TALK

The clearest difference is rating: 緣TALK at 4.8 against Eatgether's 2.9. 緣TALK also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (93% vs 65%). Eatgether's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eatgether sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $26.99 per month and 緣TALK sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $16.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

緣TALK holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 緣TALK has 157 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 65% of Eatgether's written reviews are positive against 93% of 緣TALK's.

Eatgether ships an update weekly, 緣TALK every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
