# CrossPointe App vs SplashLens

The clearest difference is update cadence: SplashLens at every 6 days against CrossPointe App's every 3 months. CrossPointe App's advantage is device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CrossPointe App sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SplashLens sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CrossPointe App ships an update every 3 months, SplashLens every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on September 20, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
