# Cylinders vs Gun Force!

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cylinders at none against Gun Force!'s 2. Cylinders also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 17) and review sentiment (58% vs 50%). Gun Force!'s advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and rating (4.4 vs 4.2). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gun Force! sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Cylinders asks for nothing beyond the download.

Gun Force! holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cylinders has 1.3K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Cylinders's written reviews are positive against 50% of Gun Force!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cylinders ships an update every 6 weeks, Gun Force! weekly. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
