The clearest difference is rating: LRCTool at 5.0 against Encore for Setlist.fm's 3.8. LRCTool also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (16 vs 26.0). Encore for Setlist.fm's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 50%) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
