# Pilot's Path vs Mr Lone Hero

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mr Lone Hero at 100% against Pilot's Path's 40%. Mr Lone Hero also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). Pilot's Path's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pilot's Path sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Mr Lone Hero sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pilot's Path holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Pilot's Path's written reviews are positive against 100% of Mr Lone Hero's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pilot's Path ships an update every 2 months, Mr Lone Hero every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
