# igMember vs Padel Mates

The clearest difference is monetization model: igMember at free with in-app purchases against Padel Mates's subscription. igMember also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). Padel Mates's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. igMember sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per year and Padel Mates sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

igMember ships an update every 6 weeks, Padel Mates every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
