# BuriBooks vs ReadAnywhere

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ReadAnywhere at none against BuriBooks's 4. ReadAnywhere also leads on ratings volume (10K vs 126) and chart position (#66 vs unranked). BuriBooks's advantage is review sentiment (28% vs 16%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BuriBooks sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. ReadAnywhere asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for BuriBooks against 4.6 for ReadAnywhere. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ReadAnywhere has 10K ratings behind it against 126, so its average is the more settled of the two.
