# Resilio Sync vs PhotoPc

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Resilio Sync at 77% against PhotoPc's 33%. Resilio Sync also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (858 vs 1). PhotoPc's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.5). On price, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PhotoPc sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Resilio Sync asks for nothing beyond the download.

PhotoPc holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resilio Sync has 858 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Resilio Sync's written reviews are positive against 33% of PhotoPc's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Resilio Sync ships an update every 3 months, PhotoPc every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
