# BAREIS Plus vs bridgeMLS

The clearest difference is update cadence: bridgeMLS at every 6 weeks against BAREIS Plus's every 7 months. BAREIS Plus's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BAREIS Plus ships an update every 7 months, bridgeMLS every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
