# BISSELL Connect vs eureka robot

The clearest difference is monetization model: eureka robot at free against BISSELL Connect's free with in-app purchases. eureka robot also leads on review sentiment (73% vs 48%). BISSELL Connect's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BISSELL Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BISSELL Connect has 6.1K ratings behind it against 528, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of BISSELL Connect's written reviews are positive against 73% of eureka robot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BISSELL Connect ships an update fortnightly, eureka robot every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
