# Multi vs Multicam

The clearest difference is update cadence: Multicam at every 4 days against Multi's every 4 months. Multi's advantage is iOS requirement (7.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Multi ships an update every 4 months, Multicam every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
