# itel NOW vs ATSC Support

The clearest difference is rating: itel NOW at 4.1 against ATSC Support's 1.8. itel NOW also leads on ratings volume (2K vs 33) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

itel NOW holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: itel NOW has 2K ratings behind it against 33, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of itel NOW's written reviews are positive against 25% of ATSC Support's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

itel NOW ships an update every 6 weeks, ATSC Support every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
