# Assistant Piscine vs Fsolar

The clearest difference is rating: Fsolar at 3.5 against Assistant Piscine's 1.0. Fsolar also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (37 vs 1). Assistant Piscine's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.4). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fsolar holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fsolar has 37 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Assistant Piscine's written reviews are positive against 47% of Fsolar's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
