# FOTBOT vs KY FPV

The clearest difference is rating: FOTBOT at 3.0 against KY FPV's 2.7. FOTBOT also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). KY FPV's advantage is ratings volume (361 vs 7). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FOTBOT holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KY FPV has 361 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of FOTBOT's written reviews are positive against 25% of KY FPV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
