# Tunefox vs Banjo Licks

The clearest difference is monetization model: Tunefox at free with in-app purchases against Banjo Licks's subscription. Tunefox also leads on ratings volume (859 vs 4). Banjo Licks's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 69%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tunefox sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Banjo Licks sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $38.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
