# Study.com vs GACE Math Test Prep

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Study.com at 34% against GACE Math Test Prep's 0%. Study.com also leads on ratings volume (3.8K vs 23) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months). GACE Math Test Prep's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Study.com sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GACE Math Test Prep sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GACE Math Test Prep holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Study.com has 3.8K ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Study.com's written reviews are positive against 0% of GACE Math Test Prep's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Study.com ships an update every 2 months, GACE Math Test Prep every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
