# Study.com vs ASCP MB Exam Prep Practice

The clearest difference is rating: ASCP MB Exam Prep Practice at 4.7 against Study.com's 4.2. Study.com's advantage is ratings volume (3.8K vs 10) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Study.com sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ASCP MB Exam Prep Practice sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
