# Jisr HR vs Casta

The clearest difference is monetization model: Casta at free against Jisr HR's freemium. Jisr HR's advantage is ratings volume (2.8K vs 3) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Jisr HR against 4.7 for Casta. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jisr HR has 2.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Jisr HR ships an update every 5 days, Casta every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
