# Intralinks vs Heritage Group

The clearest difference is rating: Heritage Group at 5.0 against Intralinks's 4.5. Heritage Group also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium). Intralinks's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Heritage Group holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Intralinks has 1.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Intralinks ships an update every 6 weeks, Heritage Group every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
