# Access Vista vs Renogy

The clearest difference is rating: Access Vista at 4.6 against Renogy's 3.8. Renogy's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (823 vs 65). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Access Vista holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Renogy has 823 ratings behind it against 65, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Access Vista's written reviews are positive against 11% of Renogy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Access Vista ships an update every 3 months, Renogy every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
