# Period Tracker vs FTWX

The clearest difference is rating: Period Tracker at 4.6 against FTWX's 2.0. Period Tracker also leads on ratings volume (616 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). FTWX's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Period Tracker sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. FTWX asks for nothing beyond the download.
