# TotalAV vs Info Locker

The clearest difference is ratings volume: TotalAV at 72K against Info Locker's 11. TotalAV also leads on chart position (#89 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TotalAV sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Info Locker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for TotalAV against 4.7 for Info Locker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TotalAV has 72K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TotalAV ships an update every 6 weeks, Info Locker every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
