# Tize vs Drumify

The clearest difference is ads: Drumify at none against Tize's shown. Drumify also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). Tize's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 9) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tize sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Drumify sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tize holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tize has 16K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tize ships an update every 3 weeks, Drumify every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
