# BimmerCode vs Condo App

The clearest difference is rating: BimmerCode at 4.7 against Condo App's 1.0. BimmerCode also leads on ratings volume (21K vs 1) and chart position (#84 vs unranked). Condo App's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BimmerCode sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Condo App asks for nothing beyond the download.

BimmerCode holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BimmerCode has 21K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BimmerCode ships an update every 2 months, Condo App every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
