# Milos Guide App vs Ferryhopper

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Milos Guide App at 100% against Ferryhopper's 35%. Milos Guide App also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.4). Ferryhopper's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (4.9K vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ferryhopper holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ferryhopper has 4.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Milos Guide App's written reviews are positive against 35% of Ferryhopper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Milos Guide App ships an update every 6 weeks, Ferryhopper fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
