# Virtual Guide MM vs Deutsches Museum

The clearest difference is rating: Deutsches Museum at 4.7 against Virtual Guide MM's 2.8. Deutsches Museum also leads on ratings volume (223 vs 5) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 8 months). Virtual Guide MM's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Deutsches Museum holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Deutsches Museum has 223 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Virtual Guide MM's written reviews are positive against 45% of Deutsches Museum's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
