# Virtual Guide MM vs Mozart Museen

The clearest difference is rating: Mozart Museen at 4.3 against Virtual Guide MM's 2.8. Mozart Museen also leads on ratings volume (484 vs 5) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 8 months). Virtual Guide MM's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 39%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mozart Museen holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mozart Museen has 484 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Virtual Guide MM's written reviews are positive against 39% of Mozart Museen's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Virtual Guide MM ships an update every 8 months, Mozart Museen every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
