# Promark VR vs Drone Scanner (gen.2)

The clearest difference is rating: Promark VR at 3.1 against Drone Scanner (gen.2)'s 1.9. Promark VR also leads on ratings volume (55 vs 11) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). Drone Scanner (gen.2)'s advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 14%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Promark VR holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Promark VR has 55 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Promark VR's written reviews are positive against 25% of Drone Scanner (gen.2)'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
