# GHTK vs Pancake

The clearest difference is rating: GHTK at 4.6 against Pancake's 3.1. GHTK also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (2.5K vs 11). Pancake's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 16%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pancake sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. GHTK asks for nothing beyond the download.

GHTK holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GHTK has 2.5K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of GHTK's written reviews are positive against 40% of Pancake's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GHTK ships an update every 8 days, Pancake every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
