# Lemon vs Tanka Note

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tanka Note at every 6 weeks against Lemon's every 3 months. Tanka Note also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lemon sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Tanka Note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lemon ships an update every 3 months, Tanka Note every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
