# CLI Conservatory Online vs DANCELAB

The clearest difference is monetization model: DANCELAB at free with in-app purchases against CLI Conservatory Online's subscription. DANCELAB also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and review sentiment (54% vs 36%). CLI Conservatory Online's advantage is ratings volume (992 vs 80). Both are free to download. CLI Conservatory Online sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and DANCELAB sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for CLI Conservatory Online against 4.5 for DANCELAB. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CLI Conservatory Online has 992 ratings behind it against 80, so its average is the more settled of the two.
