# CW Trainer vs MorseLink

The clearest difference is ads: CW Trainer at none against MorseLink's shown. MorseLink's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CW Trainer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and MorseLink sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CW Trainer ships an update every 3 months, MorseLink every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
