# Equilab vs EQUIMO

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: EQUIMO at none against Equilab's 3. EQUIMO also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Equilab's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (5.2K vs 2). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Equilab sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. EQUIMO asks for nothing beyond the download.

EQUIMO holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Equilab has 5.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Equilab ships an update weekly, EQUIMO every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
