# My Leviton vs IBRIGHT

My Leviton and IBRIGHT both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 85% of My Leviton's written reviews are positive against 29% of IBRIGHT's. My Leviton also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (6.3K vs 236). IBRIGHT's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for My Leviton against 4.5 for IBRIGHT. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Leviton has 6.3K ratings behind it against 236, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 85% of My Leviton's written reviews are positive against 29% of IBRIGHT's.

My Leviton ships an update fortnightly, IBRIGHT every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
