# Signpost Installer App vs Realtor.com PRO

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Signpost Installer App at 100% against Realtor.com PRO's 11%. Signpost Installer App also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and device support (3 vs 1). Realtor.com PRO's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.5) and ratings volume (284 vs 11). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Realtor.com PRO holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Realtor.com PRO has 284 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Signpost Installer App's written reviews are positive against 11% of Realtor.com PRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
