# Keep Time! vs Tap Time

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tap Time at every 6 days against Keep Time!'s every 5 weeks. Keep Time!'s advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Keep Time! sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per year and Tap Time sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Keep Time! ships an update every 5 weeks, Tap Time every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
