# Posture vs Rejuvena

Posture and Rejuvena both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Rejuvena's written reviews are positive against 77% of Posture's. Rejuvena also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Posture's advantage is ratings volume (34 vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Posture sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Rejuvena sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for Posture against 4.3 for Rejuvena. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Posture has 34 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 77% of Posture's written reviews are positive against 100% of Rejuvena's.

Posture ships an update every 6 weeks, Rejuvena every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
