# Burrito Bison vs Cat Car

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cat Car at none against Burrito Bison's 11. Cat Car also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 89%). Burrito Bison's advantage is ratings volume (49K vs 8) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Burrito Bison sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Cat Car asks for nothing beyond the download.

Burrito Bison holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Burrito Bison has 49K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Burrito Bison's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cat Car's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Burrito Bison ships an update every 2 months, Cat Car fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
