# Indore 311 vs DigiLocker

The clearest difference is rating: Indore 311 at 5.0 against DigiLocker's 3.3. DigiLocker's advantage is ratings volume (190 vs 2) and review sentiment (36% vs 17%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Indore 311 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DigiLocker has 190 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Indore 311's written reviews are positive against 36% of DigiLocker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Indore 311 ships an update monthly, DigiLocker every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 17, 2026.
