# Fugitive Notepad vs Tabletopia

The clearest difference is rating: Fugitive Notepad at 3.7 against Tabletopia's 2.6. Fugitive Notepad also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (5.1.1 vs 15.0). Tabletopia's advantage is review sentiment (24% vs 0%) and ratings volume (109 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fugitive Notepad holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tabletopia has 109 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Fugitive Notepad's written reviews are positive against 24% of Tabletopia's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
