# Fanni فني vs HelloApp

The clearest difference is ads: HelloApp at none against Fanni فني's shown. HelloApp also leads on review sentiment (64% vs 47%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Fanni فني's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (3.2K vs 95). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fanni فني holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fanni فني has 3.2K ratings behind it against 95, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Fanni فني's written reviews are positive against 64% of HelloApp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
